Refund Policy

 

Curious-on-Hudson offers the following refund policy for the Summer 2021 season:

  1. If the camp is canceled in whole or in part due to the COVID-19 pandemic under guidelines set forth by New York City or New York State Dept. of Health, a refund for the canceled schedule, whether whole or part of the summer season,  will be given in full to all participants.
  2.  If a registered party chooses to cancel their registration, they may do so up until May 1, 2021, with a complete refund of their deposit.
  3. If a registered party chooses to cancel their registration after May 1, 2021, and not within 14 days of the start date of the week or weeks for which they are registered, they will receive a 50% refund of their deposit or payment.
  4. If a registered party chooses to cancel their registration within 14 days of the start date of the week or weeks for which they are registered, they are ineligible for a refund for any part of the schedule which falls within the 14-day schedule.

Refund for Illness and Other Barriers to Attending Camp:

A refund of the camp enrollment fees for students who are unable to attend due to illness or a personal event cannot be made once camp has started. However, we will extend full credit for that student to attend any other week of camp providing there is space available in the desired transfer. If no transfer is available, we will work with families on an individual basis to determine the best course of action, including credit towards future seasons or other programs.
